Across the course, you’ll be making field notes from drawing on all your senses, using magnification lenses to look at nature details, drafting short-form nature writing, and practising editing & polishing your writing.

Following this course, there will be an opportunity to have your writing about nature in West Norwood Cemetery published online.

What you’ll need to bring for each session:

  • a notebook & pen/pencil
  • a mobile phone (or other devices for audio recording and taking digital photos).

There will be shelter in case of rain, but please wear clothes and shoes suitable for working outside and on grass.
