Death from all angles: Special Guided Walk & Bereavement Help Point with Centre 70

2pm-4pm
Todays session will begin uniquely with a short guided walk in West Norwood Cemetery. We will visit graves of the famous, enjoy the first signs of Spring and hear a little of the history and heritage of this 40acre cemetery and its current £6.7m National Lottery Heritage project. Meet at usual in the Library.

What is a Bereavement Help Point?
A Bereavement Help Point is a place you can go following a bereavement, to speak to others who are facing loss and share experiences.

What happens at a Help Point?
Each week volunteers from Centre 70 will welcome you to come and talk, get to know others, and chat about how you are feeling.

This is not a therapy group, but a space where you can talk about grief and loss with other people who have had similar experiences.
You might want to talk about your loved one who has died, or you might not, either way you are welcome to join.

How do I join?
You can just come along and meet us, no forms or referral needed.
We meet in West Norwood Library Community Room every Thursday 2pm-4pm

This is completely free to attend
If you'd like to know more, or to talk to us before coming along, just contact Centre 70 Wellbeing:
