The Trees of West Norwood Cemetery

2pm-3.30pm
Join London's best known tree expert, the aptly named Paul Wood, for a guided walk around Norwood Cemetery looking at the remarkable trees to be found here. There's a ....
wealth of trees to be found, some very old, some rather younger and some rather unusual. Highlights include a 'Baobab' plane tree and what could be London's oldest field maple.
The walk will last 90 minutes and while much of it will be on paths, we may need to inspect some trees off the trails, so please come prepared.
After the walk, we will adjourn for a hot drink and a chance to ask Paul questions - there will be an opportunity to buy signed copies of Paul's books.

This is a completely free walk, but booking is essential HERE as places are limited.
This walk is brought to the community as part of the ongoing National Lottery Heritage Funded project. More on this project can be found on this website.
If you have any questions on access, or anything else relating to this walk, please email Kim Hart on khart@lambeth.gov.uk
