What happens at a Help Point?
Each week volunteers from Centre 70 will welcome you to come and talk, get to know others, and chat about how you are feeling.
This is not a therapy group, but a space where you can talk about grief and loss with other people who have had similar experiences.
You might want to talk about your loved one who has died, or you might not, either way you are welcome to join.
How do I join?
You can just come along and meet us, no forms or referral needed.
We meet in West Norwood Library Community Room every Thursday 2pm-4pm

Who is Centre 70?
Centre 70 was founded in 1970 and supports adults who are facing social, mental, financial or other personal difficulties through a holistic programme of free and affordable services including: Advice, Counselling and Wellbeing, Training and Advocacy.
We support the local community at our centre in West Norwood, as well as a range of outreach locations in Lambeth and across London.
