ParkBathe is a green health project providing mindful walks and nature connection as a means to improve the health and wellbeing of all people (especially who might not normally engage in 'wellness activities').

ParkBathe uses aspect of forest bathing, forest school and mindfulness and is simply walking slowly in a local green space whilst noticing our surroundings (no water is involved!)

The 1 hr guided sessions consist of small groups (max 12 people) in West Norwood Cemetery.
Meeting place: We meet outside the Visitor Centre inside the main gates, on the corner of Robson Road and Norwood Road.

Parkbathe in West Norwood Cemetery is funded by Thriving Norwood

We recommend wearing warm layers, socks and waterproofs as we walk slowly. We DO go out in the rain !
We run free walks in other local parks too - see the list here  and we suggest you book up to 3 sessions so you gain the accumulative benefits and learn the techniques for yourself.

Our podcast is packed with interviews with world-renowned forest bathing scientists, nature experts and previous ParkBathers and includes a self-guided audio track you can use in your local park!
