Poems to Remember

Discover the power of memory, storytelling and poetry in this inspiring FREE five-week course with award-winning local poet Jenny Mitchell at West Norwood Cemetery.

Through gentle creative prompts in a supportive atmosphere, participants will be encouraged to write poems, stories and fragments inspired by the people, places and moments that have shaped their lives. Together, we'll explore how we remember loved ones, capture treasured memories, and transform our experiences into creative writing.

The course will conclude with a special Open Mic Celebration, where participants will be invited to share their work. Jenny will also perform selected poems from her acclaimed three poetry collections.

New and experienced writers welcome.
