This tour heads off as the shadows lengthen before plunging into total darkness surrounded by thousands of dead Londoners. Hear tales of famous occupants amidst hooting owls and swooping bats. See the recently opened and beautifully restored St Stephen’s Chapel and be revived with hot drinks in the new Visitor Centre before leaving.
Tour guide Robert Stephenson has made an especial study of Victorian mourning customs and guides at several London cemeteries.
Meet at the main entrance gates to the cemetery at 9.30pm for this ADULT only spooky guided walk. You will be walking over rough terrain so please come prepared with appropriate shoes.
